RETURN POLICY
PenthouseMerch accepts returns on products only in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached) postmarked within 21 calendar days of shipments leaving our warehouses. We do not issue cash refunds, but will provide store credit only (less a 20% restocking fee and exclusive of shipping and taxes) once we have received and accepted the return. Anything being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging, including poly bags and all boxes.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS PAST THIS DEADLINE.
Damage and Shipping Errors
If upon delivery an item appears damaged in any way please contact us immediately. You may always use our store Contact Form linked in the footer of every page.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to health concerns PenthouseMerch has a NO RETURNS policy regarding any undergarments sold.
Exchanges
The supply chain has been beating us all up. You’ve probably heard about that by now. Consequently, we cannot guarantee inventory levels at any given moment of time in the future. If for whatever reason you need to return something, we will help with that — store credit only, less 20%, yada-yada — but we sadly cannot promise to have your exact item, in the exact size you wish, at all times. We do try to keep inventory as full as possible, though, and we’re adding things all the time. Who doesn’t need a Penthouse Golf Ball? That’s what we want to know.
We obviously welcome your business and will do whatever we need to in order to provide satisfaction. Due note, however, that we reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. (Some people are sneaky. What can you do?)
