PenthouseMerch stands behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever according to the terms of the Return Policy. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by explaining or replacing the original item, or even providing a refund if that turns out to be the best solution. PenthouseMerch provides refunds ONLY as a store credit less 20% processing fee and does not include coverage for tax or shipping.
Please contact ecommerce@penthouse.com in order to reach customer service personnel. Will will not process your refund until we receive your items in our warehouse, and all will be subject to the same Return Policy.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Please take care when providing your shipping information. What you provide determines exactly how we print your shipping label. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee, with no credit for tax charged and no shipping refund. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee will apply.
